2010-M4 is a multiport fan-out transceiver that provides up to four portsthat are compatible with Ethernet version 1.0, 2.0, and IEEE 802.3standards. Eleven LEDs indicate network and port status. Mininet mode isswitch-selectable and allows network operation with connection to anEthernet coaxial cable. Heartbeat (SQE test) enable/disable is switchselectable. External power enables 2010-F4 to cascade to or fromadditional multiport fan-out units to allow even more user ports on asingle network tap.
